Great to meet you!

With a warm, person-centered approach, I work with teens, young adults, and women on a journey of healing and self-discovery tailored to each individual.

I spent three impactful years working at an eating disorder treatment center, where my passion for supporting adolescents and those struggling with eating disorders began. In my current practice, I also work with a range of concerns including relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions. Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

My approach to therapy

I practice person-centered therapy, seeing each person as their own expert. As your therapist, I help you understand your self-knowledge, finding joy in being part of your journey to self-discovery. Using techniques from difference principles such as ACT, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, meeting you where you are and supporting your path to fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me, expect a warm and personalized journey. I'm here to understand your unique needs, guiding you toward self-authenticity with compassion. Together, we'll navigate challenges, drawing on diverse techniques to support your individual path to fulfillment. Your journey is valued, and I'm committed to helping you reach your therapeutic goals with care and understanding.
