Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with training as both a professional counselor and an art therapist. I have been working in the mental health field for 18 years, working in a variety of settings. I specialize in helping people to cope with stressors, anxiety, depression, transitions, and dealing with the effects of trauma.

My approach to therapy

My aim is to meet you where you're at and begin by identifying both areas of change and strengths, working together toward healing. I'm trained in several evidence based treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address processing trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

In therapy you will be able to share about the challenges you've been coping with, and begin talking about a path back to feeling balance and peace again. We will collaborate to identify areas for growth, and decide together on the right treatment plan for you. My style means providing a safe space for processing as well as practical skills to begin using in your life.
