Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale — a place where you do not have to perform, hide parts of yourself, or carry everything alone. Beyond my clinical experience, I also understand the real-life stressors that come with balancing relationships, parenting, career demands, and everyday life. I am a wife of over 15 years, a mother of four children across multiple age groups, and the owner of a faith-based private practice, FaithWorks Therapy. (www.FaithWorksTherapy.com) While faith can be incorporated into sessions for those who desire it, it is never required.

My approach is warm, honest, affirming, and growth-oriented. I will meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize the patterns, relationships, and internal struggles that may be keeping you stuck.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected in relationships, struggling with boundaries, carrying family stress, or trying to hold everything together for everyone else. Together, we work toward healthier communication, deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and lasting change.

I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely seen, respected, supported, and appropriately challenged in a way that encourages growth at your own pace. Clients often appreciate that I balance empathy with directness and create conversations that feel both safe and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves without judgment.

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs while helping them explore emotional patterns, relationships, communication, boundaries, and the experiences that may be contributing to current struggles. My style is warm, supportive, and growth-oriented — balancing compassion with practical tools, insight, and accountability to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping will change. I’ll guide the conversation in a way that helps you feel comfortable, while also beginning to gently challenge unhelpful patterns or perspectives when appropriate. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of direction for what comes next.
