Shannon Murray

My name is Shannon Murray and I have been in the field for 11 years. I am experienced working with individuals of all ages in the outpatient setting. I have specifically specialized in working with teens and young adults with eating disorders. I have generalized education from my Masters program in social work from the University of Maine guiding my work for individuals who also struggle with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I show up to support and listen.

Attending the first session can be the biggest step for people to take towards their goals. It is important that you feel comfortable and we both understand what you are looking for in therapy. We will get to know each other and establish a plan to move forward.
