Sheri Gruner (she/her) is a board certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is experienced in supporting people with anxiety, stress, and difficulty adjusting to major life changes.

She completed graduate school at the University of Bridgeport in 2016 and has since been helping people in various settings including an inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, and mobile crisis.

Sheri incorporates various therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based, mindfulness, and solutions focused brief therapy (SFBT). She is passionate about empowering clients to identify and achieve their mental health goals in order to encourage a more positive, fulfilling life.

Sheri believes in creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients, strives to be culturally competent, and is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
