Great to meet you!
Living with anxiety, PTSD, or the effects of trauma can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. These challenges can affect your relationships, your work, your confidence, and your ability to enjoy daily life. You may feel caught in cycles of worry, fear, hypervigilance, or painful memories that seem difficult to quiet. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps—but it is also the beginning of healing and lasting change.
My name is Tamara, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. I work with adults who are struggling with persistent anxiety, the impact of traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, or longstanding patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical skills to move forward with greater confidence and peace.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment, including trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we will work to process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, build effective coping strategies, and foster healthier relationships. My hope is to help you regain a sense of stability, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
