Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in hospital, school, in-home, military, and virtual care settings. I was drawn to the field through personal life experiences and am passionate about helping people heal, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I have extensive experience in behavioral health hospitals and have worked with individuals across the lifespan, including military member and their families. I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma and domestic violence, with a focus on empowering young women.

For the past several years, I have primarily provided therapy through virtual care. I value the accessibility it offers and work intentionally to create a safe, grounded, and connected space online where real progress can happen. Clients often describe me as empathetic, patient, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and relational. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, and shift unhelpful patterns.

I also focus on practical, real-life tools to help you manage day-to-day stressors, including challenges related to work, family, relationships, and life balance. I take a whole-person approach, considering your environment, experiences, and strengths—not just symptoms.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a collaborative conversation where we focus on what brings you to therapy and what you would like to change or improve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and strengths, but there is no pressure to share everything at once.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and setting a direction for our work that feels realistic and supportive. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin the therapeutic process.
