Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Tiffany Huggins, a dedicated and compassionate grief counselor with 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate the difficult journey of loss and healing. Holding a Master's Degree in Counseling and Development, With a holistic approach that combines therapeutic techniques and a deep understanding of the grieving process, I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their emotions and find solace.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness-based strategies
  • Meaning-centered and values-based approaches

I believe healing happens through safety, clarity, and collaboration. Sessions are paced to your needs and focused on helping you:

  • Process emotional pain without feeling overwhelmed
  • Develop effective coping and emotional regulation skills
  • Explore how loss has impacted your identity and worldview
  • Reconnect with values, purpose, and self-compassion

Grief does not disappear, but it can become integrated—allowing life to feel meaningful again.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will be thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to your goals. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy—many clients seek support because they want to feel more connected, grounded, and aligned in their lives.

Asking for help is not a weakness. It’s an intentional step toward caring for yourself.
