Great to meet you!

Over 14 years of experience working with clients in a wide range of mental and behavioral health areas, including trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am trained in TF-CBT and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach to counseling is integrative. I am also a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ counseling professional.

My approach to therapy

All services are client-centered and I work to assess and identify goals of therapy that are realistic and centered on the client's needs and desires. I believe in listening to clients and providing them life-long tools for their behavioral and mental health success.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be actively engaged in the therapeutic process and working with the therapist in meeting or exceeding goals set with making progress in small, yet integral steps of treatment. Along the way to meeting goals, the clients are expected to “put in the work”, practice therapy interventions and amend as needed to focus on a path of their identified therapeutic success.
