Great to meet you!

🌿 What Clients Should Know About Me

I’m a licensed therapist with twenty years of experience supporting adults who want therapy that feels steady, mindful, and grounded. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, and grief, with a focus on nervous‐system awareness and somatic integration. I bring lived experience from my long connection to the military community, which informs my understanding of transition, identity shifts, and the emotional weight carried by service members, veterans, and their families. My style is warm, collaborative, and paced with intention. I offer a calm, spacious environment where your story is honored and your healing can unfold naturally.

My approach to therapy

🌿 My approach to therapy

My approach is slow, steady, and grounded in somatic awareness. I help clients notice what’s happening in their bodies, emotions, and nervous systems in ways that feel gentle and accessible. I don’t push, rush, or use directive protocols — instead, we move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. I offer choice‐based practices, mindful reflection, and grounding tools that support clarity and regulation. The work is centered on presence, attunement, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a compassionate way.

What you can expect from me

🌿 Your first session

Your first session is a soft landing. We’ll take time to settle in, talk about what feels most present for you, and explore what you’re hoping for in therapy. You set the pace, and you never have to share more than feels comfortable. I’ll offer gentle questions, grounding moments, and space to notice how your body and emotions are arriving. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what our work can look like and what support feels right for you.
