Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Abby, and I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical. If you’re here, something probably feels heavy whether that’s anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, or substance use patterns that are hard to break. Reaching out can feel scary. My goal is to make that first step lighter. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. Therapy is collaborative: you know your life; I bring the tools. We’ll tailor evidence-based strategies to fit you and your goals.

I’ve worked across multiple levels of care, including PHP, IOP, and outpatient therapy. That means I’ve supported people in the thick of crisis and also in the quieter, steady work of maintaining growth. I understand how symptoms evolve, how progress can feel nonlinear, and how important it is to build skills that actually stick outside the therapy room.

What I love most about this work? Watching people realize they’re stronger than they thought. Seeing “I can’t do this” turn into “I handled that.” Walking alongside you as you build resilience, confidence, and a life that feels like yours again—that’s the good stuff. If you’re ready to do the work, I’d be honored to join you.

My approach to therapy

Throughout therapy, we will work together to find the right therapy approaches and techniques that will best address your concerns. I use a strengths-based approach and have a conversational style of therapy.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what brought you into therapy, background information, and we will set goals to address within future sessions. At the end of the session, we will schedule the next appointment.
