Great to meet you!

Welcome!! Reaching out for help can be difficult and I am so glad that you are here! This is a safe space, and my goal is help you help yourself through strengths-based, person-centered approach. I have experience working with people who face a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline, eating disorders, chronic health conditions, and substance use. I keep things real and approachable in sessions. This is YOUR space to talk things through, feel heard, and start making changes that actually feel doable for you! I look forward to meeting with you!

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and straightforward approach to therapy. I believe there's no one-size-fits-all method, so I tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I'll offer support and compassion while also gently challenging you when it's helpful for growth. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, buildI coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy is a partnership- you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and what brings you to therapy. We will cover confidentiality, expectations, and how I approach therapy, so you know what to expect. I'll ask some questions about your background, current concerns, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once- we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a better sense of how we can move forward together.
