Great to meet you!

I am looking forward to joining you in your therapy journey! My practice centers on empowering clients through challenges related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem. I bring a compassionate, culturally informed approach that honors diverse experiences, particularly within immigrant and LGBTQ+ communities.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge negative thoughts patterns. I focus on helping clients explore self-love, process difficult emotions like guilt and shame, and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each individual's unique journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will start with introductions to get to know each other a bit so that we can create a safe, comfortable environment. We will go on to explore the specific challenges you are facing in order to create treatment goals for your therapy journey. I want you to leave the first session feeling hopeful and empowered.
