Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals with healing, clarity, and resilience. My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and adjusting to life transitions, guiding clients through difficult seasons with compassion, and evidence-based care. Whether you are struggling with persistent worry, sadness, or impact of a traumatic experience, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.

I tailor my approach to each client, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic principles, and trauma-informed care. I have been working in outpatient mental health for over seven years and love doing what I do!
