Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults navigating life’s emotional and relational challenges. My clinical background includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related concerns across various stages of life. I bring a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy, informed by evidence-based practices and years of clinical work. I am especially passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating additional evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities as needed. I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic rapport, as I believe meaningful change begins within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior while also addressing underlying attachment dynamics and past experiences. Therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. We will discuss your current concerns, personal goals for therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported while collaboratively developing an initial plan for treatment. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling hopeful, validated, and confident about taking the next steps in their mental health journey.
