Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a transmale therapist with a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with individuals as young as 10 years old who are navigating mental health challenges, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming care and use a range of evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs. My goal is to make therapy a safe and empowering experience for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach that’s tailored to each person. I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based techniques. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and truly seen.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more confident, grounded, and clear about their goals. You can expect a non-judgmental space where your identity is respected and your voice is heard. My focus is on helping you build resilience, discover your strengths, and live more authentically.
