Great to meet you!

Hi, nice to meet you.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified grief therapist with a passion for helping people understand their emotions and find their own path. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and direct, focusing on creating a safe space for you to heal from trauma. I use a variety of tools, including connecting with nature, to help you feel grounded and build new coping skills. I believe it's possible to use your experiences to help you grow and am excited to help you create a new narrative for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on creating a space where you can feel heard and understood. We'll work together to explore aspects of your life you want to change, from navigating relationships to healing from past trauma and grief.

In our sessions, I'll actively listen, ask thought-provoking questions, and offer constructive feedback. My goal is to help you discover new tools and resources to help you feel more grounded and gain a better understanding of your own emotions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to shift your perspective and discover what is right with you, not what is wrong. We'll explore your attachment styles and process your grief, so you can understand that you are not your feelings - because no feeling is final.

You will leave each session with practical tools to assert yourself and feel empowered to navigate challenges. Ultimately, you'll be able to create a new narrative for your life and feel equipped to move toward your goals.
