Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Master Social Worker with experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe meaningful care starts with feeling heard and understood. I combine medication management with supportive therapy and practical coping strategies to help patients build resilience, improve daily functioning, and create lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together toward your personal goals and wellbeing. Please note: currently this practice is not set up to prescribe controlled substances (ex. benzodiazepines, stimulants, opioids, etc.).

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care that combines evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection. I believe mental health treatment works best when patients feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care. My style is warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create an environment where patients can openly discuss their experiences, challenges, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they have space to openly discuss their concerns, experiences, and goals. During the first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, reviewing your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences so I can develop a thorough understanding of your needs.

My goal is to make the process feel collaborative rather than overwhelming. Together, we will begin identifying priorities for treatment, discuss possible therapy and medication options if appropriate, and create an initial plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. I also encourage questions throughout the session so clients feel informed, comfortable, and actively involved in their care.
