Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in child, adolescent, and adult therapy. With degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Jackson State University and Mississippi College, respectively, I offer a collaborative approach to the treatment process. Counseling is hard, but it is easier and more successful when we work together. My expertise lies in mood disorders, behavior, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore your unique needs and develop coping skills that work for you. I use a collaborative and eclectic approach, drawing from evidence-based methods. Your voice matters, and I create a safe and supportive space where you can openly share and actively participate in your growth journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can walk away from our sessions feeling heard and powerful. Clients will better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They will leave with tools to manage stress, anxiety, or other challenges.
