Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alaa. I’m a therapist who offers a warm, grounded space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have it all figured out.

I know how heavy life can get. Between the roles you carry and the things you hold inside, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself along the way. You might be tired of holding it all together, or just ready to stop pretending everything’s fine. I believe we all have an innate capacity to heal, and sometimes we just need a space that helps us find our way back to it. My role is to offer that space where you can slow down, breathe, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels right for you. My goal isn’t to “fix” anything about you; it’s to help you see yourself beyond the struggle and remember your own strength.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded. I integrate evidence-based care, Brainspotting tools, and spiritually integrated psychology to support deeper healing, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

My work is grounded in liberation psychology, recognizing how systemic and cultural forces shape our lives. I hold space for the complexity of intersecting identities. As a first-gen Arab American, I bring lived insight into identity, belonging, and the search for meaning and connection.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space that feels honest, grounded and open where you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin therapy. I show up with deep presence and curiosity, working alongside you and shaping each session around your unique story. If you’re seeking a space that honors your full humanity, your pain and your growth, I’d be honored to meet you there.
