Great to meet you!
Many people come to therapy after years of taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult circumstances, or trying to figure things out on their own. Over time, that can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, uncertain about who you are, or wondering why your old ways of coping no longer work.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than four decades working in professional, advocacy, and community-centered roles. Those experiences—and many years supporting LGBTQIA+ communities—have shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, be genuinely heard, and begin creating meaningful change.
