Great to meet you!

At Sol Haven Wellness, I help clients move out of fight, flight, or freeze and into a grounded connection with their authentic self. Using personalized, integrative care, we honor your story, access deeper healing, and cultivate the clarity and balance needed to move forward with confidence.

Healing happens best in relationship, in a safe, soulful space where you are seen, heard, and supported. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and deeply personalized; I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all path to healing. Together, we draw on evidence-based tools alongside a soulful, intuitive presence, blending practical strategies with space for deeper emotional and relational work.

I create a safe, sacred space where you feel truly seen and honored, never rushed. From there, we work at your pace to heal old wounds, build resilience, and reconnect you with your authentic self so you can move through life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, there's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll take time to get to know each other, talk through what's brought you here, and begin to understand your story with curiosity and care.

At Sol Haven Wellness, you are never alone in this. From that very first conversation, we begin building a safe, sacred space, one where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we start transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
