Great to meet you!

Helping others has been a central part of my life since a young age. I completed all doctoral coursework toward a PsyD and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. I am also a Registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and have completed additional training in neuropsychology.

Throughout my career, I have provided mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. My work has included administering psychological assessments such as intellectual, developmental, neurological, learning disability, personality, and vocational evaluations.

Currently, I provide counseling to adults who may be struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, career and life transitions, aging-related issues, and cognitive difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and supportive. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and experiences. I believe in developing individualized treatment approaches that reflect each person’s unique situation, strengths, and goals.

I believe every person is a unique world, with their own experiences, fears, achievements, and aspirations. For this reason, I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s personal journey.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, life transitions, or family or relationship challenges, reaching out for help is an important first step. I would be honored to support you on your path toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

A good first therapy session is one where you feel safe, heard, and respected, gain some clarity about your concerns and goals, and leave with a sense of direction or hope for the work ahead.
