Great to meet you!

am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I specialize in working with teenagers, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, burnout, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what matters most to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in humanistic therapy, which means I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding you as a whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. Depending on your needs, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help develop practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and navigate challenges more effectively. Together, we will tailor our work to fit your goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in handling life’s challenges, and practical tools they can use outside of therapy. Whether we are exploring identity, managing anxiety, improving relationships, or navigating a major life transition, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to move toward the life you want to build.
