Great to meet you!

I have practiced for 5+ years as a licensed creative art therapist (LCAT). My practice specializes in working with adults of all ages. My work focuses on making the unconscious conscious, working through core beliefs to develop a new sense of awareness. Together we will seek to better understand how environment, systems, culture, & relationships interact with historical & present thoughts, emotions and somatic experiences.

My approach to therapy

Sessions can involve verbal processing and/or artistic expression. We will seek to better understand how environment, systems, culture, & relationships interact with historical & present thoughts, emotions and somatic experiences. Being mindful of the different attachment styles, mind/body connection and emotional responses I will seek to meet you where you're at in a safe, judgment-free way.

What you can expect from me

Collaboratively we will shape and direct your journey to mindfulness, self-acceptance & creativity. I hope to help you develop the tools needed to navigate the world and find solutions that meet your needs.
