Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm Alexandra, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, and they're looking for a provider who will truly see them and meet them where they are.

I believe healing begins with truly understanding each person's unique story, values, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore who you are, gain insight into your challenges, and build resilience. I work alongside patients to navigate mental health concerns with empathy and respect, integrating evidence-based treatment with a holistic perspective.

Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other conditions, my goal is to empower you to move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being at your own pace and on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a holistic perspective that considers your emotional, physical, and relational well-being. I integrate medication management when appropriate, along with supportive therapy and practical tools to help you navigate daily challenges.

I don't believe in rushing or forcing change. Instead, we'll work together to understand what's been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is to create a partnership where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make decisions about your own care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping will change. I'll ask questions to understand your story, your symptoms, your mental health history, and what support you need most right now.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental conversation where you feel truly seen and heard. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling supported, hopeful, and clear that you have a partner in your healing journey. Together, we'll build a path forward that honors who you are and where you want to go.
