Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field for the past 15 years and have been a therapist for the past six years. I am a DBT informed therapist as well as WPATH trained. I work mostly with teenagers and young adults typically struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. I work with self harm and suicidal ideation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a space free of judgement and full of support. I give clients space to explore who they are and connect deeper with themselves. I help them to address identified problem areas using DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and a wide variety of other modalities to help reframe and create a life worth living for each client.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with a variety of presenting problems and am able to cater goals to meet each individual client need. This can look like managing conflict with teens and parents, managing symptoms of depression/anxiety/trauma. Typically, our goals will be aimed at creating a life worth living that you can continue to grow and build from even after we complete your identified goals.
