I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT, LPCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity issues. My background blends evidence-based therapy with holistic, mind-body approaches. I am committed to helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, holistic, and down-to-earth. I integrate modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness. I focus on what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, body, and patterns, and we tailor the work to your goals. I aim to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
