Great to meet you!

As an LCSW, I’ve gained valuable experience working in diverse settings, from inpatient rehabilitation to ER crisis care. I’m deeply passionate about alternative therapies, including psychedelic preparation and integration, which I’ve found profoundly helpful in supporting clients through existential shifts, recovery, and deep identity work.

When I’m not in the therapy office, you’ll find me chasing after three lively boys alongside my high school sweetheart turned husband.

My approach to therapy

The most important part of therapy isn’t the approach or technique—it’s the trust and rapport between therapist and client! I create genuine and individual connections with each of my clients and tailor my approach to fit your unique needs.

I believe each person already has what they need to thrive inside of them. I draw from a combination of techniques like DBT, CBT, SFT, MI, EMDR, as well as holistic/somatic approaches to create a custom treatment plan for each client I work with.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to look forward to our sessions each week—therapy shouldn't feel like a chore! In our time together, you can expect a safe space to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and build practical skills to improve your mental health and relationships. Whether you're healing from trauma, seeking personal growth, or working through life’s challenges, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to increase your well-being and confidence.
