Hi, I'm Alexandra and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with high achieving adults struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and survivors of abuse. I am honored and passionate about creating a space that allows people to heal and feel empowered.
My approach to therapist is warm, engaging and supportive. I use traditional talk therapy along with other theories such as attachment, psychodynamic and a client centered approach. Together we can collaboratively explore thoughts, feelings and ideas that may be causing stress and help make sense of them in order to create awareness and healing.
