Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. I recognize that every person's story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to supporting you on your path toward growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to better understand themselves and their experiences.

I draw from therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.

I strive to balance insight and action—helping you process challenges while also equipping you with tools you can apply in your everyday life. Above all, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where there is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. I'll ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, strengths, and goals, while also providing space for you to ask questions about the therapy process.

By the end of our first session, we'll begin identifying priorities for treatment and discuss a plan for moving forward together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
