Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been practicing since 2012 and received my Master's and Doctoral degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. I also have continued my education further through University of Denver and am always learning to improve my effectiveness/interventions for those I am fortunate enough to work with. I enjoy building a toolbox with my clients so you are armed with various strategies to pull from as you navigate the challenges that life presents.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working from a person-centered approach, where I meet each person where they are at. This is your time, and I am honored to share that space with you to find solutions and strategies that are manageable for you to realistically utilize. I implement a variety of approaches including CBT, strengths-based, solutions-focused, and ADHD interventions, and more!

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step to begin your journey to a happier, healthier you can be challenging, especially in a busy world. No matter if you've sought support before and it was not the right time or fit, or this is your first time seeking support to meet your personal goals, my objective is to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your experience. Having the opportunity to share space and be a part of your journey is a privilege and I look forward to working as a team!
