Great to meet you!

An experienced licensed professional clinical counselor, east coast born, who has been educated worldwide.

I offer therapy to meet the needs of individuals, couples, families and adults. I have worked predominantly in non-profit throughout southern California. This includes working in rehabilitation, with those experiencing crisis, and those with severe mental diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

My approach is unique in that it is an integrated approach. I am a person/client centered clinician and aim to find out what got us to this point while focusing on clients' strengths. Together, we can work to find the source of your concerns and develop strategies to decrease them, so you can start living a fulfilling life.

I'm here to develop a trust filled partnership with you. I am also someone who will challenge you and help you grow.

What you can expect from me

Coming to therapy with me is expecting to leave with a sense of connection, empowerment and curiosity. Adolescents will develop skills to work through difficult emotions and social experiences. Adults will feel empowered as they regain a sense of purpose, improve relationships and the ability to dissolve and manage difficult thoughts and feelings in various life stages/circumstances. Couples will learn how to collaborate with one another and communicate more effectively.
