Great to meet you!

Do you feel stuck in patterns that leave you overwhelmed—whether with food, your body, your emotions, or your thoughts? Maybe you’re replaying what you ate, how you look, what you said, or moments you wish had gone differently. You’re not alone. I support people navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self‐worth, and other patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll build a more grounded, compassionate way of living.

My approach to therapy

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I offer non‐diet, weight‐inclusive therapy grounded in Health at Every Size. I support clients in rebuilding body trust and finding peace with food. With degrees in counseling and theology, I can integrate a Christian worldview when requested while remaining inclusive of all beliefs.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are genuine, supportive, and collaborative—space to be honest and fully yourself. You’ll feel validated and empowered to build self‐trust, freedom, and peace with food, your body, and your emotions. If you’re ready to begin healing your relationship with food, body, or self, reach out for a free 15‐minute consultation
