My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is Rogerian to establish a safe and trusting relationship with my client and then I will employ CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Existentialism, or Spiritual Counseling in order to help my client reach their goals.
