Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. I earned my MSW from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in health. For the past 5 years I have worked in the health care field, developing a strong passion for individuals navigating life with chronic illnesses. I am also deeply committed to working with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental wellness is rooted in strengths based practices and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that everyone possesses the tools within themselves to create positive change and improve their quality of life. My role is to help clients to identify and build on their own strengths in a safe environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will have a chance to get to know each other. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all my clients to feel safe and accepted no matter where they are. I encourage clients to identify goals during the first session, for us to work on together in a collaborative way.
