Great to meet you!

I hold both a bachelors and masters degree in social work from the University of Nevada, Reno, with my current licensure being an LCSW. I am trained in childhood trauma and cognitive-behavioral therapy for both children and adults.

My approach to therapy

I use an example of driving to a destination to describe the therapeutic process. I am holding the map (navigating), but my clients are driving the car. How slow or fast we get to our destination is completely up to my client.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect complete transparency with me. I am open-minded and strengths-based focused.
