My clinical expertise encompasses the treatment of anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD. I also provide therapy for individuals and families addressing relationship issues, including pre-marital, marital conflict, parenting and intergenerational dynamics.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine, two Master of Arts in Education and Counseling from Biola University, and a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to licensure, I gained valuable experience as a middle school mathematics teacher within the public school system.

I am trained in the EMDR and have experience working with adults, adolescents, and college students. My therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe and empathetic environment, fostering meaning connections that prioritize client's validation and understanding.
