Great to meet you!

I’m a neurodivergent and passionate Latina, so I know about getting into trouble and feeling too much/not enough at the exact same time. I've experienced the pressure to be perfect. Like seriously, I watched Encanto and Turning Red and resonated with Luisa, Isabela, and Meilin. I also know what it’s like to balance friends and self-care with the dark and twisty moments Grey/Yang style. It's possible to move from feeling purposeless and defective to being excited about what’s next to come.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we will direct a curious lens on you and challenge the crap your internal bully feeds you. I know there are a lot of fucked up things in the world that make it hard to truly trust and open up to others, and you deserve to have at least one place where you can let down your guard and not force yourself to fit into a mold that doesn’t feel like you, chipping away at what’s left of your self-worth.

What you can expect from me

Addressing the -isms of oppression is required for healing your gaping unhealed emotional wounds. Afterall, how does it not affect you? Everywhere, there is racism, ableism, sexism, neurotypical-ism (is that even a word?), fatphobia, trans and homophobia. This world makes it clear that if you’re “different” then there is something wrong with you. I say that’s BS. If you are ready to challenge the internalized -isms and talk about how oppression impacts you, schedule your free consultation now.
