Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for stopping by - I am an LICSW with experience working across multiple settings, including residential treatment, schools, and outpatient care. These spaces have allowed me to connect with adolescents and adults with a range of needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about working with teens and adults adjusting to major life changes, postpartum individuals, and LGBTQ+ clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible and individualized to meet your unique needs. In our work together, you can expect a balance of practical tools and genuine connection. I lead with a nonjudgemental stance to allow space for meaningful change. My goal is to equip you with the tools and support to feel empowered in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Scheduling your first session is a meaningful step toward self-care. Give yourself credit for getting started.

You will have a space to share what brings you here a brief history, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. Just as importantly, this is an opportunity for you to get a feel for me as your therapist. Finding the right fit matters, and I want all clients to receive the support that feels best for them.
