I have experience working with many ages, from 1-years-old to young adults. I am committed to providing a space where clients of all backgrounds can feel empowered and confident in their ability to heal and grow.
My approach is trauma-informed and person centered, with a focus on letting your thoughts, feelings, and experiences guide our sessions.
With kids, I have extensive experience utilizing play therapy and other child-centered approaches. I include parents in the process and often provide live coaching sessions to strengthen the parent-child bond and decrease undesirable behaviors.
