Great to meet you!

I’m Alli Patrick, a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience in grief counseling, caregiver support, and anticipatory grief. My work began in hospice care, where I supported families facing end-of-life challenges, anticipatory grief, and the stress of caregiving. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to cope with a recent diagnosis, the loss of a loved one, or the exhaustion that comes from being a caregiver. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use a blend of grief counseling techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and meaning-centered therapy to help you process emotions, build coping skills, and find new ways of carrying both your grief and your life moving forward. Whether you’re experiencing deep sadness, anxiety, or caregiver exhaustion, we’ll work together at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll invite you to share your story and what feels most difficult right now—whether that’s the weight of grief, the stress of caregiving, or navigating life after a loss. Together, we’ll create a plan that focuses on healing, resilience, and connection.
