Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience in mental health. I have worked in hospitals, schools, residential facilities, and in the community. I specialize in counseling surrounding substance use and emotional dysregulation.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative effort between me and my client. Each person has unique experiences and responds differently to therapeutic techniques, so I tackle each concern with creativity and an open-mind so that we can make progress on your therapy goals in a way that feels authentic and safe.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I will describe my general approach and ethical guidelines, and the rest of the session is all about you! I want to you about your motivation to come to therapy, your past experiences, your boundaries, what's worked for your and what needs to be done differently.
