Great to meet you!
I earned my Master’s degree with highest honors and have experience working in schools, community mental health, and private practice. Those settings exposed me to people from all walks of life — individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship struggles, stress, self-esteem, sex and intimacy concerns, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed internally.
My approach is realistic and down-to-earth. While I value therapeutic theories and evidence-based practices, I also believe people need more than clinical terms and worksheets. Sometimes therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation with someone who can challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you make sense of what’s actually happening in your life without sugar-coating it.
I aim to create a space where clients can stop pretending they’re fine, speak openly without judgment, and learn practical ways to manage emotions, improve relationships, and move forward in a way that feels genuine and sustainable in everyday life.
