Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree with highest honors and have experience working in schools, community mental health, and private practice. Those settings exposed me to people from all walks of life — individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship struggles, stress, self-esteem, sex and intimacy concerns, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed internally.

My approach is realistic and down-to-earth. While I value therapeutic theories and evidence-based practices, I also believe people need more than clinical terms and worksheets. Sometimes therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation with someone who can challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you make sense of what’s actually happening in your life without sugar-coating it.

I aim to create a space where clients can stop pretending they’re fine, speak openly without judgment, and learn practical ways to manage emotions, improve relationships, and move forward in a way that feels genuine and sustainable in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I help adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress using a grounded, values‐based approach. I offer practical tools, honest conversation, and a respectful space that builds resilience, clarity, and lasting emotional strength without labels or trends.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of carrying things on your own, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Change is possible with the right support. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and see if working together feels like a good fit.
