As a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner, Allyson offers comprehensive individualized care for children, teens, and adults. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University. Throughout her nursing career, she primarily worked as a pediatric travel nurse, which allowed her to gain a wide range of experiences. It was during this time that she developed a passion for mental health. She then became board certified and licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.

Allyson is known for her compassion and empathy toward each patient under her care. In her free time, Allyson enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and French Bulldog. She also loves to travel, workout, and spend time in nature.

My approach to therapy

Allyson works with clients from a solution focused approach to manage medications and provide brief therapy interventions.

What you can expect from me

The first visit will be judgement-free space for you to explore anything you are comfortable with. The focus will be diagnosis and medication stabilization.
