Allyson Swecker

I'm Ally Yankauskas Swecker, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Marietta, Georgia. I got my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University, and have been practicing now for over 7 years. Over the years, I've worked in community-based services, residential treatment, and private practice, supporting children, teens, and families through a variety of challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to care for a child while also managing your own mental health. I specialize in helping moms regain balance, while also supporting preteens and teens navigating anxiety, depression, identity struggles, or big life changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, learn tools to manage stress and emotions, and strengthen your family relationships.

In our first session, we'll take time to understand your concerns, whether that's your own stress as a mom, your child's challenges, or both. We'll explore what's been going on and begin identifying goals so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
