Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I’m a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental therapist who truly wants to know you—not just what’s going wrong, but who you are as a whole person. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their growth. If you’ve been looking for a space where you can feel understood and supported, you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’re a team. I’ll take time to understand your unique needs and tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you. You’re an active part of your healing, and I’ll always honor your voice, preferences, and pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore what’s been weighing on you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll simply start getting to know each other. I’ll introduce myself, answer your questions, and learn more about what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk about different parts of your life and what you’re hoping to get from therapy, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. By the end, my hope is that you feel heard, more at ease, and clear about how we can move forward together.
