I’m a dedicated therapist with the goal of giving everyone a chance at a better mind, a better heart and a better life. I specialize in helping clients manage symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Anger and Life changes among other issues. I’m an Alumni of The Ohio State University and Xavier University where I studied Human Development and Clinical Counseling. Go Bucks!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Using these different methods, I am able to create a person centered plan and approach to meeting your therapeutic needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect a warm safe space to be honest about your struggles and life experience. We will discuss current issues and any past issues or trauma you’ve experienced that could be impacting you today. The goal is to get a full picture of who you are and develop a plan to be version of yourself you’re striving to be.
