Great to meet you!

Welcome!

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I believe that healing from trauma is not only possible—it’s transformative. Taking the first step to seek help is often the hardest, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. While I’ve been practicing for over 12 years, my focus has been working with young and middle aged adults, especially those navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every person’s story is different, and your treatment should reflect that. I specialize in evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). These approaches are designed to help you process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and reclaim a sense of control and safety.

We’ll work together as a team; your voice matters deeply in this process. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward healing at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session Our initial session is a chance to get to know one another. I’ll ask about your experiences, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also begin exploring which trauma-informed techniques may be most helpful for you. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, safe, and understood.
