Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who graduated from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology and have been practicing since 2019. I have experience working across school settings, domestic violence agencies, and private practice, which has shaped a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care.

I work with teens and adults, supporting clients through a range of concerns including life transitions, emotional challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. My work is grounded in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other as you share your story and your goals for therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
